The technology used in designing these generators is fully developed on our premises and is owned by GH.

The electronic power components are transistors. In high frequency systems, i.e. over 150 KHz, the transistors are MOS, and in lower frequency systems they are IGBT.

Depending on the resonant circuit generators can be Series or Parallel. The range of generators is at present as follows:

• Transithermic Series Generators with IGBT or MOS: powers up to 1000 kW and frequency going up to 500 KHz.

• Transithermic Parallel Generators with IGBT and MOS: powers up to 2400 kW and frequencies up to 500 KHz.
